I watched it on channel 62 about 1 and 1/2 months ago and it was hilarious. Also romantic too. =D recommended to watch yeah!

Short Sypnosis

Too beautiful to Lie is a textbook example of manufactured romantic comedy. Kim is Joo Young-joo, a sickeningly lovable ex-con who accidentally comes into possession of a family heirloom engagement ring soon after her parole. She lifted it from the actual thief, but was unable to return it to rightful owner Choi Hee-Chul (Kang Dong-won). She instead journeys to his rural hometown and tries to return it to his family, but thanks to a variety of misunderstandings, miscommunications, and general silliness, his family comes to believe that she's his family comes to believe that she's his fiancee. Even worse, the story becomes that he knocked her up, and wants her to have an abortion. When Hee-Chul arrives with his real girlfriend following shortly thereafter, sparks of epic proportions are guaranteed to fly.

friday - walked all the way to suntec from office. i must be nuts cos i was carrying my laptop. was sweating like siao cos weather was very hot. think my mind went gong gong too cos i went up the wrong side of the exit frm the underpass. but wells, got to see the beautiful red and yellow flowers planted by the roadside by NParks for the IMF event. spent some moolahs on a whole set of megahouse miniature food. that's one day of salary gone? went to BK for dinner.

sat - met up with ling and ks. end up chuwen didn't come. got my belated pressies frm them. got a cushion and a handbag. thanks girls! had lunch at V8 cafe @ Bugis Junction. ordered my fav chix cutlet. Lunch was good and the talk we had was interesting too. after lunch, went shopping. bought stickers frm lovely land and pin striped bermudas too.

sun - started to get sickly. gotten flu and cough + phelgm. sian-ed.

mon - took MC cos really not feeling well. rested and went to see doc

tues (today) - went for acta class for assessment. was funny and i understood things more. whee. time to do the individual assignment. gotta hand up in 2 wks time. heng got to leave early today, ard 4.45pm.

Still as lazy as ever to bloggie. Well, working life is still the same for me. But workload has picked up and I'm sent for ACTA course. Buy but fufilling. At least I learn new things and don't get to slack so much? Hope this will continue and I won't get all discouraged again.

Well, rcvd a lot of bday greetings. Thanks to fraw, pei, pin, ling, ks, pl, lily, may2, angeline, latiff, victor, yy. Not much but I'm so glad that they remembered it? heee. celebrated bdae with sis. Went to kbox @ cck and had great fun singing. Went shopping for office wear after that. Didn't get much though. Size is always a prob when you wanna get nice clothings. Most pretty clothes are in S, M or free size.

met up with pin and pei to discuss abt our trip. set for bangkok at end nov. But I just realised i have ACTA. oh wells, think i might have to forgo this trip. *pouts I haven't been there b4. will miss all the shopping.

& not forgeting to mention that ACTA CM4 is so brain intensive? I really need to grasp all the training stuff and CS/ PCs blah blah. It's coming to an end real soon but I have got CM3 coming up too? *sighs. time to buck up! but lunch at ACTA is provided so i get to enjoy western food every tues and thurs? fattening but I try to moderate k. Maybe changing fries to vege etc? lol.

shit, i'm kinda of thinking abt kn again? he's just a major crush who makes me grin when i think of his antics. oh wells, he's an impossible boundary. shall not cross the line and create unnecessary trouble. =x

memories are what we are left with when everything ends. cherish it before they slowly vanish into a corner of your mind. i'm holding on to all the possible memories that makes me happier. are you doing so too?

i'm going out with ling, ks and chuwen on sat at bugis~ time to have fun, relax, gossip and shop!
